 We decided to have a small birthday party with a few friends, Jaxon loves his friends!

Halloween

This year for Jaxon's first Halloween we decided to dress him up as a tiger.  So while looking around for something for me to wear I decided I would be the mommy tiger

I also had to carve this ugly pumpkin.. because come on it wouldn't be Halloween without an ugly carved pumpkin right!

Astro's Game and Playin with Daddy

 Over the summer we went to a baseball game, it was so much fun!

 When the game first started Jaxon would get really upset every time the crowd would cheer he would start to cry.  We figured out if we were the first ones to start cheer and we were showing him we were happy when everyone was screaming/cheering it really helped and he calmed down

Grandma and Grandpa's 50th

 Over the summer we celebrated my grandma and grandpa Salter's 50th wedding anniversary.  It was so fun to get together with cousins and aunts and uncles.  My grandma was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer when Jaxon was born and was going through chemo and radiation treatments during the summer.  We were all so happy to get together with her and grandpa to celebrate 50 whole years of marriage!  The are both the most amazing people, and I look up to them soo much.  Every time I have talked to my grandma in the last year she has been so positive, it always makes me look at my trials in a different light.. here she is going through Chemo and not complaining!  She means so much to me.
